1. Somniphobia is a fear of sleep. It makes people equate falling asleep with death and get concerned about losing track of time when sleeping. Sleep is important to humans and has so many health advantages. Chronic sleep deprivation raises the danger developing colds, heart disease, obesity, and diabetes.

2. Mother Teresa moved to Ireland at the age of eighteen to join the Sisters of Loreto. She lived there for six weeks then moved to India where she spent seventeen years as a teacher in the Sisters of Loreto’s India branch. She last saw her mother and sisters before joining the Sisters of Loreto.

3. The earliest skateboards were built in California and Hawaii in the late 1940s and early 1950s. Surfers invented the skateboard to bring the thrill of surfing the waves to land. They used to make vintage skateboards with metal roller bearings and short surfboards.

4. The Euramerican supercontinent’s tropical rainforests were wiped away during the Carboniferous Rainforest Collapse. The widespread extinction rainforests resulted in the formation of coal reserves in Europe and North American. This period was named after the high carbon content of the coal that was created.

6. Maine is also home to Moosehead Lake, New England’s largest lake. It is 3280 square kilometers in size and reaches a depth of 75 meters at its maximum depth. The lake’s name comes from its design, which on a map looks like an antlered moose. Moose can be found in abundance in the surrounding area.
